Waco
Congress examining the ATF and the FBI: the 1995 joint House hearings where officials answered under oath, the 1996 committee report, and the 1999 Senate reopening.
Who released this.
Congressional oversight rather than the agencies reviewing themselves.
What this collection cannot tell you.
The Danforth Final Report and the 1993 Justice Department review are not here. Both exist only as image scans with no text layer, so they cannot be searched at all — by us or by anyone else. This collection cannot speak to their findings, and an absence in it proves nothing about them.
We say this on every collection because an absence in a curated release is evidence about the curation, not about the world. Why that distinction runs through the whole product.
